With Kathryns, you can rest assured that making a return is incredibly easy - as well as free. All items should be returned new and unused, with the Kathryns tag intact and with the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. You just need to ensure the package is fully sealed and the labels are secure, and we will confirm by email once we have safely received your parcel and a refund has been processed.
